T2 Consulting LLC ("T2 Consulting," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at www.t2consulting.co (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our Site, use our tools (including the Free GROWTH Site Audit and GROWTH Scorecard), submit an application, or otherwise interact with us.

By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site. This policy is intended to comply with applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable U.S. state and federal privacy laws.

We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information received from third parties.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you interact with our Site — including submitting a Free Site Audit request, downloading the GROWTH Scorecard, completing an application, booking a Growth Assessment call, or contacting us — we may collect the following categories of personal information:

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

3. Email Marketing and CAN-SPAM Compliance

When you submit your email address through the Free Site Audit, GROWTH Scorecard download, or any other lead capture form on the Site, you are opting in to receive email communications from T2 Consulting. These communications may include your audit results, educational content about the GROWTH Method, service announcements, and promotional offers.

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all commercial emails we send will:

  • Identify clearly that the message is an advertisement or commercial communication
  • Include our physical mailing address
  • Include a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe mechanism
  • Honor opt-out requests within 10 business days
  • Not use deceptive subject lines or sender information

You may unsubscribe from our email list at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email we send, or by contacting us at [email protected]. We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) as our email service provider. Kit's privacy policy is available at kit.com/privacy.

Meta Pixel Disclosure: Our Site uses the Meta Pixel, a tracking technology operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. (1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025). The Meta Pixel may collect information about your browser, device, and actions taken on our Site (such as page views and form submissions) and transmit that information to Meta. This data is used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, build retargeting audiences, and optimize ad delivery. Meta may use this data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.

You may opt out of Meta's use of your data for advertising purposes by visiting Facebook Ad Settings or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page. California residents may also exercise their right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as described in Section 7 below.

LinkedIn Insight Tag Disclosure: Our Site uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag (Partner ID: 9936209), a tracking technology operated by LinkedIn Corporation, a subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation (1000 W. Maude Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94085). The LinkedIn Insight Tag enables conversion tracking, retargeting, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager analytics. It may collect information about your browser, device, and actions taken on our Site (such as page views and CTA clicks) and transmit that information to LinkedIn. This data is used to measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn advertising campaigns and to build retargeting audiences. LinkedIn may use this data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.

You may opt out of LinkedIn's use of your data for advertising purposes by visiting LinkedIn Ad Settings or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page. California residents may also exercise their right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as described in Section 7 below.


5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary compensation. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers. We share personal information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Site and delivering our services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes. Our current service providers include:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising and pixel tracking (meta.com)
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud infrastructure and file storage (aws.amazon.com)
  • Manus AI — website hosting and infrastructure (manus.im)

Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of T2 Consulting, our clients, or the public.

Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other business transaction, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on the Site before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

With Your Consent. We may share your information with third parties when you have given us explicit consent to do so.


6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods are as follows:

However, our use of the Meta Pixel for cross-context behavioral advertising may constitute "sharing" under the CPRA. You may opt out of this sharing by contacting us at [email protected] or by using the Meta Ad Settings link in Section 4.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

To exercise any of these rights, please submit a verifiable consumer request to [email protected]. We will respond within 45 days of receiving your request. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.


8. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national data protection laws:

  • Right to Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data

T2 Consulting LLC is the data controller for personal information collected through this Site. Our primary operations are in the United States. When we transfer personal data from the EEA to the United States, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful transfer mechanisms as required by applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

If you are a California resident and wish to opt out of the "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (including Meta Pixel retargeting), please email us at [email protected] with the subject line "CCPA Opt-Out Request." We will process your request within 15 business days.

For GDPR-related requests, we will respond within 30 days. For CCPA requests, we will respond within 45 days. We may extend these periods as permitted by applicable law and will notify you if an extension is necessary.
